Cooked our whole Sunday roast on this pan and nothing stuck, even the onions that usually weld themselves to cheaper pans. Cleanup was just a quick wipe with paper towel. Solid buy for the price.

The 28cm size is perfect for two steaks at once, and cleanup is just a quick wipe. Heats evenly enough that I haven't had any hot spots so far, though the handle does get a bit warm on the stovetop.
