RACO Reliance 不沾感應式平底鍋 28公分 灰色

This pan heats up incredibly evenly on my induction cooktop, which has been a game-changer for cooking stir-fries without hot spots. The nonstick surface makes cleaning almost effortless, and the grey finish looks sleek on the stove.

The handle stays cool even when I'm searing on high heat, which is a game-changer for my cramped kitchen. I've used it nearly every night for two weeks and the non-stick surface still wipes clean with one pass.

Non-stick coating on this 28cm pan is surprisingly durable—I've been cooking eggs daily for two weeks and they still slide right off. The handle stays cool on the stove, which is a nice touch for safety. Heats evenly across the base, too.
