Essteele Per Salute 不沾鍋電磁爐適用開放式法式平底鍋 26公分

The diamond-hard coating on this 26cm skillet is incredibly slick—even scrambled eggs slide right off without any oil. I've been using it daily for a week and the nonstick performance hasn't faded at all, which surprised me given how often I cook with acidic tomatoes.

I was skeptical about induction-ready nonstick, but this pan heats evenly across the whole surface without hot spots. The 26cm size is perfect for tossing vegetables or searing a couple of chicken breasts at once, and cleanup is just a quick wipe.

I've been using this 26cm skillet for weekday dinners, and the Thermotech technology really does distribute heat evenly across the whole surface without hot spots. Cleanup is effortless thanks to the diamond-hard nonstick coating, and it works perfectly on my induction cooktop.
