Circulon Scratchdefense A1 28cm Glass Lid

Fits my 28cm sauteuse like a glove, and the glass is thick enough that I don't worry about it cracking. It's become my go-to lid for checking simmer without lifting it off, and it's a relief to have a proper backup now.

Finally found a glass lid that seals well without wobbling, and the knob stays cool enough to grab during cooking. It’s a perfect match for my 28cm pan.

Fits my sauteuse pan perfectly, and the tempered glass feels durable enough for daily use. Good to have a backup so I’m not scrambling when the original cracks.
