CopperBond® Aura.
The new aura of copper.

Handcrafted in Italy and designed in Napa, the CopperBond® Aura Covered Saute Pan 26cm delivers total control from sear to simmer. Engineered with 1.5mm of pure copper bonded directly to stainless steel, this unique 2-ply construction delivers unmatched heat responsiveness, precise temperature control, and exceptional durability.

Straight sides hold liquid for braising while the wide base gives you room to sear. A stainless steel helper handle balances the weight, and the fitted copper lid takes it from cooktop to oven. Unlike traditional copper, the super-fine satin stainless steel interior is non-reactive, resists staining and never needs re-tinning.

Emma W. ★★★★★

I love how evenly this saute pan distributes heat—the 1.5mm pure copper layer makes a noticeable difference when caramelizing onions. The stainless steel handle stays cool enough to grab without a mitt, which is a nice touch.

William F. ★★★★★

Finally, a pan that sears a steak and then simmers a sauce without any hot spots. The 26cm size is perfect for our family of four, and the weight feels perfectly balanced in my hand. Cleanup is shockingly easy, just a quick wipe.

Claire Y. ★★★★★

I was skeptical about copper pans being too delicate, but this saute pan feels solid and the 1.5mm thick copper heats so evenly that my onions caramelized without burning.
