Essteele Eternità 18cm Lid

It fits my saucepan perfectly, and the glass is thick enough that I can see my sauce simmering without lifting it. A solid spare that does exactly what it should.

I was relieved to find this exact size lid as a spare part, the stainless steel rim seals tightly against the pot. No more searching through mismatched lids in my cupboard!

Fits perfectly on my saucepan, and the glass lid lets me easily keep an eye on the sauce as it simmers. The stainless steel rim is solid and seals well without any rattling.
