The folded legs lock open with a satisfying click, and it holds a surprising amount of fish fillets without them sinking into the water. Steamed dim sims came out perfectly in my 18cm pot, and the whole thing still feels sturdy after three uses this week.

I was skeptical it would fit my 20cm pot properly, but the universal sizing is spot on and it sits snug without wobbling. Steamed a batch of clams in about eight minutes and they came out perfect, the holes are small enough that nothing falls through.

The three-tier stacking design is genius for steaming dumplings and broccoli at the same time. Fits perfectly into my existing saucepan without any wobble. Vegetables come out tender but not soggy every single time.
